RUMANIAN OUTRAGE.
PRIOR BRUTALLY TREATED. BANDITS IN A MONASTERY. (Received April 12, 12.5 a.m.) Times Cable. BUCHAREST. April 11. Masked and armed bandits raided the Cozancea monastery. They left after having cut, out the Prior's tongue and mutilated his nose and ears. The bandits perpetrated this deed because the Prior had refused to disclose where the monastery funds were kept.
