In view of the increasing popularity of portable wireless sets the Postmaster-Gen-eral, Sir William Mitchell-Thomson, has decided fiat, in future, a wireless licence shall cover not only (he use of ai wireless set at the permanent address of the licensee, but also the use of a portable set.
