PETROL FROM AMERICA. An arrival from San Pedro yesterday afternoon was the motor-tanker Storsten with a full cargo of bulk petrol to. discharge at, Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Sydney. She berthed at Western Wharf to unload a quantity of spirit into the tank? of the Atlantic Union Oil Company.

THE CAMBRIDGE. The Federal Line steamer Cambridge, '■" hi eh reached Auckland from Liverpool on Tuesday, is expected to sail for Napier and Southern ports to-morrow to continue unloading. She is at Queen's Wharf. CARGO FROM CANADA. The Canadian Government steamer Canadian Challenger arrived from Halifax yesterday morning and after pratique had been granted she berthed at Prince's Wharf to J)lit out the local portion of her ca;if. r o. She loaded at Louisburc and Halifax, leaving for Auckland on March 2. Bad weather, with snow and sleet, was experienced for five days, but conditions then moderated and fair weather prevailed for the rest of the voyage. She has about 5000 tons of cargo for New Zealand ports and she is expected to leave to-day for Wellington. Lyttelton, Timani and Dunedin.

THE TAINUI Advice trom Wellington states that tho Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Tainui is to leave for Auckland to-morrow morning to complete discharge of cargo from London and to commence loading for Homo. Tho vessel is duo here on Monday morning. TAMAROA AT COLON. Cable ad vice from Colon reports the arrival of the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Tamaroa, en route from London and Southampton to Auckland with passengers, mail and cargo. She is duo here on April 29. WAIPIATA DELAYED The Waipiata wa< delayed by rain last evening, and her departure for Napier. Wellington. Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff has been postponed until noon to-day. WAIPAHI FOR ISLANDS. The Union Company's fruit, steamer Waipahi is announced to sail for Rarotonga, Mangaia and Aitutalci in that order on May 2. She is at present in the stream, having been laid up to await tho first of the new island fruit shipments. CANADIAN WINNER. The Canadian Government steamer Canadian Winner is due from Napier to-morrow morning, when she will berth at Central Wharf to complete loading for New York, Boston and Montreal. Sho is to sail finally on Monday. WAIHEMO FOR VANCOUVER. The Union Company advises that the transpacific cargo steamer Waihemo is to leave Sydney next Tuesday for Fiji, Samoa and Vancouver. She is to load at Pacific Coast porta for Napier and Southern ports.

RARANGA DELAYED. Owing to heavy rain at Napier, it was not expected tho Shaw, Savill and Albion Lino steamer Raranga would be able to leave for Auckland yesterday. She will probably sail to-day, arriving here to-morrow to continue loading for South America, London and West Coast of United Kingdom ports, at Queen's Wharf Her loading is to be completed at Wellington.

INTERCOLONIAL SERVICE. Taking passengers, mail and cargo the Union Company's intercolonial steamer Marama in to leave Auckland for Sydney at three o'clock this afternoon. She is at Central Wharf. The Maunganui is to leave Wellington for Sydney this afternoon and the HuddartParker steamer Ulimaroa is to leave Sydney this morning for Auckland with passengers, mail and cargo. All three vessels are duo at their destinations on Tuesday morning.
