ACTIVITIES AT HAMILTON.

HAMILTON, Thursday
The annual meeting of the Hamilton branch of the St. John Ambulance Association was held this evening, Mr. E. A. Butt presiding over a good attendance. The secretary, Mr. A. H. Boulton, reported that one nursing and two first-aid classes had been held during the year and had had fair support. A nursing division of 17 members .'had been formed. The brigade had done good work and 14 members were now in uniform. Two teams had entered the Auckland first-aid tournaments at Easter and one had annexed the Gaze Cup.
The need for an honorary membership to enable the association to extend its activities was stressed.
The following committee was elected: — Sister L. White, Miss R. Wittner, Messrs. H. D. Cobb, A. H. Boulton, ,T. A. Emerson, F. Mitchell and W. Gibson.
