TLe track was in splendid order and a, record crowd was present, and the totalisator handled £37,471, against J30.73S on i;he second day last Easter. Although the fields were not large aft Feilding to-day, v the racing was interesting. Red Bank had a , slight call over Sir Moment in the betting on the Kimbolton. . Hurdles, and Royal Acre also had _a good following. Hymestrason led- Airtight and Royal Acre into the straight, but once over the last jump Airtight drew away to wia very easily by two lengths from Hymestrason. Fair One was a length further away. Then came Royal Acre. Airtight ran a fair race on the first day, but his form to-day was a big improvement. Hy* iFestrason went fairly well, but was lucky to beat Fair One, who went wrong during the race. Royal Acre was a failure. Grand Acre, Airway and Callapat were well supported for the Rewa Ha:k Handicap. Callapat began very smartly, and •led up the back stretch from Bank Note. Airway, Grand Acre and White Ringlet. There was little alteration until the straight was reached. Airway then moved up quickly, and eventually beat Callapat by a length. The next to finish we re Hillet. Clover Leaf and Naselle. For a two-year-old Oral's performance was a ijood one. She has performed most consistently in. her races and should develop into a usefuL stake earner. Blackpool ran well, but was not good enough. The Denbigh Handicap was an excellent betting race.
