HOUSEWIVES' PROPOSAL. It having been stated that a number of unemployed men have collapsed in the streets of Perth from want of food the Western Australian Housewives' Association has decided to provide a daily midday meal for 20 singlo unemployed men who have no homes or anyone to help them.
