TAKAPUNA COUNCIL.
MR. J. W. HAYDEN TO STAND. Replying to delegations from the three ratepayers' associations of Takapuna ou Thursday, Mr. J. W. Hayden, who had been urged by a previous deputation to accept nomination for another term of office 011 the borough council, acceded to tho request on condition that the throe bodies agreed to work together for tho good of the town. The associations are at present in harmony on the matter.
