STATE OF LOUISIANA. CRIMINAL CHARGES LAID. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. NEW YORK, March 27. A message from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, says 19 charges in the bill of impeachment of Huey Long, the Governor of Louisiana, aged 34. were filed to-day in the Lower House of the State Legislature. Among the charges were those of attempts to hire and induce murder, malfeasance in office, and habitual drunkenness.
