OBITUARY.
MR. DAVID BUICK. Australian and N.Z. Press Association. NEW YORK, March 6. The death has occurred at Detroit of Mr. David Buick, the founder of the Buick Motor Company, aged 74, after a long illness. At one time Mr. Buick was very wealthy, but a succession of financial reverses and misfortunes had left him virtually penniless at his death.
