DR. VALINTINE'S DESIRE.

STATEMENT AT HAMILTON.

HAMILTON. Thursday

A desiro to see tho fees levied in the various hospitals throughout New Zealand raised was expressed by Dr. T. H. A. Valintine, Inspector-General of Health, before the Waikato Hospital Board today. In that way he said the people who could pay would be made to do so. In tho case of poor patients the charges could be reduced. He had conferred with a numbed of hospital boards and some were willing to authorise the increase.
