RATIFICATION RESOLUTION.

Australian and N.Z. Press Association. BERLIN, Feb. 5.

The Foreign Relations Committee of the Reichstag has sanctioned the ratification of the Kellogg pact. It added a resolution to the effect that Germany should uso it as a means of inducing the League of Nations Powers to fulfil their obligation in regard to general disarmament, also of removing the existing threatening causes of conflict and injustice.
