Soon after operations were commenced at Birch's sawmill at Papatotara on Monday morning an accident occurred, resulting in serious injuries being sustained by the engineer Mr. John Cameron, a married man, aged 66 years. Tho injured man was conveyed to the Riverton Hospital, where he died last evening
