MEMBERS OF SAME FAMILY. (Received February 3, 11.55 p.m.) United Service. NEW \ORK, .t eb. 0. A shocking tragedy is reported from Richmond, Virginia. Nino members cf one family were burned to death at the town of Buckhannon, close to Richmond, in a fire which destroyed tho homo of Mr. Peter Fines, a miner.

Tho victims included five children. Mr. Troy Gibson, hdsband of one of the women victims, was the only one who escaped with bis life. Ho was badly burned.

It is stated that a tin of explosive powder caused the fire.
