STOCK SALE PAVILION.
BUILDING AT CLAUDELANDS. [by telegraph.—own correspondent.] HAMILTON, Friday The orection of a stock sale pavilion in the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association's show grounds at Claudelands has been commenced. The work has been authorised by the Agricultural and Pastoral Association, the Combined Breeders' Association, and the auctioneering firms operating in Hamilton. Designed to accommodate 300, the pavilion will be nearly square in shape, the principal dimensions being 47ft. by 42ft. There will be a double entrance to 'the >.ale ring, and special accommodation will be provided above the ring for the auctioneers and their clerks. I lie seats for the public will be arranged-in tiers. When completed the pavilion will fill a long-felt want. In the past marquees have been used, and in windy weather these were often blown down. The pavilion will be ready for use in time for the ram fair on February 7.
