DISSOLUTION OF ASSEMBLY. EXTENSION OF SUFFRAGE. Australian Press Association—United Service TOKIO, Deo. 21. The. Tokio Municipal Assembly was dissolved to-day, by order of the Minister for Homo Affairs. The Jaw requires an election within three months. It will on the next occasion be held under universal suffrage. It is considered that the. proletarians have an excellent opportunity for a bitter fight against the old political elements. Certain members of the assembly who are in prison awaiting trial will bo released on bail over tho New Year holidays.
