(Received December 21, 11.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, The Full Cpurt of Criminal Appeal today upheld the appeal of Arthur Callaghan and the brothers Walter and Bert Littler, who were, convicted of a capital offence against a girl at Parkes. The Court directed that a new trial be held, on the ground of the misdirection of the jury.
