LAUNCH OF THE NORFOLK. CEREMONY ON THE CLYDE. (Received December If. 6.525 p.m.) British Wireless. HUGBI. Dec. 1.3. The cruiser Norfolk was launched in the Clyde yesterday. The Countless of Leicester, whose husband, the Karl of Leicester, is Lord-Lieutenant of Norfolk, performed the naming ceremony.
