MAINTENANCE OF ROAD.
COMMISSION AT OTAHUHU.
Evidence regarding tho allocation of tho maintenance of Portago Road as botween the Mount Wellington Road Board and the Otahuhu Borough Council was hoard at Otahuhu yesterday by Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., sitting as a commissioner. Mr. R. P. Towle, who appeared for the Borough Council, called Mr. W. D. Fletcher and Captain Garland, and evidence on behalf of tho Road Board, for which Mr. R. W. F. Wood appeared, was given by Messrs. C. F. Bennett, E. V. Blake and L. Mcllroy.
