FERRY BOATS.

Sir,—l notice the Ferry Company is very lax in running to time-table. It is nothing to be three or four minutes late, which means a lot when you want to catch a train, and it only applies to two or three captains. I think it would do a lot of good for the people of the Northern Shore if the traffic manager attended to the time the boats leave. The person that comes down early to catch the ferry should not have to wait for the lazy ones. If there is a time-table, well, run to it, or else let us have the bridge. Devonport Late Again.
