Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Stebbins, of Detroit, United States, are at the Grand Hotel.
Mr. W. G. Caird, of London, and Mr. W. D. Hunt, of Wellington, are at the Grand Hotel.
Mr. P. Hallv, Conciliation Commissioner, returned from Wellington by train yesterday morning.
Mr. 0. Chapman, of Wellington, Mr. H. Young, oi Christchurch, and Mr. C. Victor, of Gisborne, are at the Royal Hotel
Mr. V. J. Larner, chairman, of directors of the South British Insurance Company, and Mr. P. H. Upton, general manager, returned from Wellington by train yesterday morning.
Canon Percival James, of St. Mary's Cathedral, Purnell, intends to leave in April on a visit to England. He expects to be away about nine months. During his absence the Rev. P. T. Williams will be in charge of St. Mary's parish.
Mr. M R. Brittain, of Christchurch, Mr. B. W. Potter, of Dunedin, Mr. A. S. Williams and Mr. A. E. Hewitt, of Rotoraa, Mr. J. Williams, of Hamilton', Mr. W. Bnwn, of Marton, Mr. M. Walkington, of Waverley, Mr. J. 11. Peat, of Kamo, are at the Central Hotel.
