Tho reign of terror in llio Sind district has been abruptly concluded by the death or capture of four deserters from tho Palanpur State army. These desperadoes had resisted capture for nearly two weeks and had been firing at all and sundrv. 1
King Ainanulla of Afghanistan directed the operations against tho Shinwaris. Communications liavo now been reopened with Kabul and Pcshawur.
