DISARMAMENT POLICY. POINGARE GIVES A PLEDGE. Australian arid N.Z. Press Association. PARIS, Nov. 27. In tho course of a debate on tho Budget in tho Chamber of Deputies the Communists badgered tho Premier, M. Poincare, urging him to abolish all military appropriations.
Amid thunderous applause the Premier retorted: " When your Soviet friends (lis arm wo ■ will do the samo. I make this solemn pledge."
