Also that every owner must destroy all dead animals on his property with the object of preventing flies from hatching.

The local) Farmers' Association, however, provided j .£2O for the purpose, and a few he tidied empty petrol tins were purchased from i ■which traps were made and sold to 1 graziers at cost price.
