TREE-FELLING MISHAP.

When free-felling at Otaika yesterday, Mr. -A. MtQuecn. aged 55, was struck oil the head by fV falling hrancli. He sustained ;i severe scalp wound and was taken to the Whangarei Hospital, where lie is progressing favourably.
