Indications aro for moderate to strong northerly winds, reaching galeforco in parts' of tho North Island. Seas generally smooth to moderate, but rising later in the north Tasman Sea. Strong north to north-west winds to gales in the north-eastern Tasman and strong north-east to south-east in the southeast portion, with rough seas. Weather cloudy and gradually becoming unsettled, with rain developing at first in the north, thou later extending to other districts. Sprue heavy fqlls likely in the North Island. Mild temperatures.
