NEW ARBITRATION TREATY. DOMINIONS BEING CONSULTED. Australian Press Association- United Service • LONDON, Nov 21 Tho Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. G. T. Loclcer-Lampson, stated in tho Houso of Commons that tho Government was consulting the Dominion Governments*on the question of tho proposed Anglo-American arbitration treaty.. The basis of the discussions was that the treaty should follow tho form recommended by tho Imperial Conference in 1926.
