WATERSIDE DISPUTE.
LOADING BY VOLUNTEERS. VESSELS TO BE HELD UP. (Received November 22, 11.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 22 Tho Melbourne branch of the Seamen's Union to-day decided to hold up steamers that are loadod or manned by volunteer labour, and to take such other measures as might bo necessary to enforce the employment of union labour on inter-State vessels. BOMBS IN MELBOURNE. YET ANOTHER OUTRAGE. BOARDING HOUSE WRECKED. MELBOURNE, Nov. 22. Still another bomb outrajo was perpetrated this morning. Se\eral rooms in a boardingho'iso in South Melbourne were wrecked by an explosion aid a man was injured. , The terrific roar of tho exploding bomb awakened the boarders. lhe policy are convinced that tho outrajo is anothei move in tho waterside feul.
