J. Pascoe was presented with an album containing photographs of members and ex members of the Auckland Centre ai a social evening at Devonport last evening Mr. Pascoo retired from the presidency ot the centre this year, and during his term of office did a great deal to foster the game, not only in Auckland, but also throughout tho Dominion. A'moug those present last evening were Messrs J. W Hardley and J. M./Thomaon, who were members of the New Zealand touring team which recently returned to tho Dominion, and fivo ex-mem bers of the Auckland Centre Mr S. Coldicutt, president of the Auckland Centre, eulogised tho Svorlc done by Mr. Pascoe, and was supported by Mr. C. W. Garrard, on behalf of ex-members of tho centre, and Mr A B. Baxter, on behalf of country clubs. During the evening Messrs. Hardley and Thomson gave interesting experiences cf their trip abroad
