BLENHEIM-S ED DON ROUTE. [BY TELEGRAM. —ritEJS ASSOCIATION.] BLENHEIM, Thursday. Tho Awatere County Council's proposal to raise a loan of £IO.OOO for tho Dashwood Road deviation vas carried by a largo majority. Tho deviation will kfisen tho distance between Blenheim and Seddon, which is a section of the Picton-Christchurch high way, by miles. Tho work is estimated to cost £45,000. The Highways Board is contributing £30,000, and the Marlborough County Council £SOOO. j »
