FAMINE IN UKRAINE.
MILLIONS NOW DESTITUTE. ATTACKS ON COMMUNISTS. Australian and K.Z. Press Association, (b'eccived November 15. U. 35 p.m.) MOSCOW. Nov. 15. Several millions of people are destitute in tho Ukraine owing to the failure of tho crops, according to a message from tho Ukrainian Government, and 732,000 families, mostly peasant householders, arc in despair. The authorities are feeding 225.000 children. Acts of violence against the Communists are reported from many villages. The class struggle is becoming more intense.
