PIRATES LOOT SHIP.
DUTCH VESSEL TO RESCUE.
DESTRUCTION BY CHINESE.
United Service. HONGKONG, Nov 13. A wireless message from the destroyer Serapis, which had proceeded hurriedly to tho Chinese steamer Hsin Cln, 1846 tons, of the China Merchants' Company, which was ashore at Tai Island, near Amoy, roveals a story of wanton destruction. Apparently pirates boarded the helpless steamer and thoroughly looted and set firo to her. They then decamped in junks just beforo tho Dutch steamer, Tjilavomn, of the Java-China-Japan Line, rescued 200 of her passengers. It is believed that the pirates were probably on board before the steamer was wrecked. So far the casualties are not known, but it is believed they were heavy.
