X-RAY PLANT INSTALLED. DESIRE FOR BACTERIOLOGIST. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] OPOTIKI. Wcdnesdiy. At a meeting of the Opotiki Hospital Board it was reported that the X-ray plant had been installed at tho hospital, tho total cost being nearly £IOOO. lests had been made with satisfactory results. It, was decided to write to the other hospital boards in the Bay of Plenty asking if they would join in applying to the Government for a bacteriologist to be stationed in a central position in the district.
