POSSESSION OF REVOLVER
CHARGE AGAINST YOUNG MAN PROCEEDINGS AT PAEROA. [I3Y TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] PAEROA. Friday. Following his arrest by Constable McClinchy, of I'aeroa, to-day, a young man, Andrew Bailey, was charged in the Paeroa Police Court, before Mr. P. E. Brcnan,' J.P., with presenting a loaded revolver at a person and also with being in possession of an unregistered firearm. He was remanded to appear before the magistrate on Monday, November 5. Bail was allowed at £2OO. Accused is a recent arrival in New Zealand.
