TURKISH INSTRUCTORS. FORCE BEING MODERNISED. OFFICERS SENT TO EUROPE. (Received October 19, 3'2.35 n.iu.) .United Service. DELHI, Oct. 18. According to a newspaper published in Jelallabad, Afghanistan, rapid progress is being mado with tho modernisation of tho Afghan Ai'my. A number of Turkish instructors have been engaged, and 25 officers have been sent to Russia, 25 to I'.alv, 15 to Franco, and 25 aro going to England to study aviation. Machinery for the manufacture of all kinds of arms is being imported.
