THE KAZEMBE. Tho New Zealand Shipping Company's chartered steamer Kazembe left Suva for Auckland yesterday, in continuation of her voyage from New York. The vessel has tasj oil and general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttclton and Dunedin. Sho is due at Auckland on Monday. ItUAHINE'S LOADING ITINERARY. The New Zealand Shipping Company's Rleumer Ruahine, which arrived at Wellington from London and Southampton last week, and which left for Lyttelton on Wednesday, is due at Auckland from'Lyttelton on October 26 and will load here until November 3. The vessel will return t<? Wellington for further loading and will sail finally from Napier on November 10. karamea to-morrow evening. With a cargo of general merchandise from England, the stean.er Karamea is duo at Auckland from London at five o'clock tomorrow evening. The vessel has a considerable cargo for Auckland and is not likely to leave for Wellington before the end of next week. Tho local ngeuts, A. S. Pateraon and Company, Limited, have not yet received advice of the vessel's loading ports. PORT DARWIN TO SAIL. Heavy rain yesterday hindered cargo work on tho Commonwealth and Dominion Line's Bteniiier Port Darwin, berthed at Queen's Wharf, and sho was unablo to leave for Wellington. However, work was continued last evening in an effort to have the vessel ready for despatch at f >-30 this morning. LIONEL SAILS AT NOON. The Norwegian motor-ship Lionel, which arrived at Auckland from Galveston. Texas, on Wednesday, is expected to complete discharge of the local consignment of her cargo of sulphur tiiin morning, and is announced to wail at noon to-day to continue discharge at New Plymouth. From there the veHsel will go to Melbourne and Port Lincoln.

CANADIAN EXPLORER ARRIVED. Heavy weather, encountered as she was Bearing the New Zealand coast, was responsible for tho slight dolay < to the Cancidian Government steamer, Canadian Explorer, which arrived at Auckland from Montreal yesterday afternoon. Tho vessel left Montreal on September 8 and experienced good weather for the greater pait of her voyage. However, on Tuesday night she met bad wefl.lh.er, runing into, hail storms and heavy rain. Auckland is the only New Zealand port to be visited hv the vessel on lier present voyage, and she w expected to soil about next Wednoaday for Sydney, 'Melbourne. Adelaide and Brisbane. Captain W. The American steamer Golden Cloud left Vancouver, en route to Auckland, on Wednesday. The vessel will load at other Pacific Coast ports before finally sailing from Los Angeles. She is due at Auckland on November 25, and will also discharge cargo at Wellington, Dunedin and Timaru. Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., are the local agents. GOLDEN BEAR'S PORTS. The loading programme for the American steamer Golden Bear, which is to leavn Los Angeles for Auckland on January 13. 1929. has been altered to includo Timaru as a loading port in addition to Auckland.
