[ny TELEGRAPH. —OWN COItIIESI'ONDENT. J TB AItOIIA, Wednesday. As b result of representations made by Messrs. C. E. Rfaunillan aijjd A. M. Samuel, M.P.'si, the Railway Department has decided to erect immediately a stockyard and siding for the loading of cuttle at Mangaiti This well-favoured district is attracting new settlers whose increasing usq of the railway for tho carriage of Mtock and other purposes has long necessitated increased railway facilities at tho -Mangaiti station.
