STRANDED KINROSS.
TUG SENT TO RELIEF. PHOSPHATE CARGO ON BOARD. SYDNEY. Oct. 10. The tug Forceful has been sent from Brisbane to the assistance of 'the British cargo steamer Kinross, which went ashore on Cato Island Reef on Monday. Tho Kinross was taking a cargo of phosphates from Nauru to Melbourne. She has a crew of 40.
