TTfTAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL. PROPOSED LOAN OF £I2OO. The Waikato County Council hereby gives notice, under the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920, tho Local Bodies Loans' Act, 192 C, and Amendments thereto (if any), and all other Acts it m that behalf enabling:— (a) That tho purpose for which the Loan is required is to raise the formation of a road from Rangiriri Township to Churchill, and to provide for all road deviations required, and conditions imposed, by the Public Works Department. (b) That the Loan proposed to be borrowed is £I2OO. (c) That the proposed security for tho annual interest, and for the repayment of the said Loan, shall be a Special Rate of seven-eighths of a penny in the Pound Sterling on the rateable value (on tho basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Churchill Special Rating District, in the County of Waikato, a 9 scheduled below. (d) That it is proposed to make the said Loan repayable in thirty-six and onelialf (365) years, and to provide for a Sinking Fund of not less than One Pound (£1) per centum per annum. (e) That the rate of interest payable in respect, of tho said Loan shall not exceed G per cent, per annum. SCHEDULE.
