NEW GUINEA PARLIAMENT.
FEDERAL BILL DEFERRED. CANBERRA, Sept. 21. The Federal Government has deferred the New Guinea Bill. This was designed to create an Executive Council and a Legislative Council. There was considerable opposition to the measure. The Government is now awaiting representations from New Guinea.
