AFTER THIRTY YEARS.
Stated to have been with one firm 30 years, William Rayson, aged 49, a London shopwalker, pleaded guilty recently to embezzling 15s 3d, and stealing a Panama hat, worth 27s 6d., from his employers. Tht police explained that accussed was of excellent character lie served in the war, and was mentioned in dispatches Defendant was fined a total of £lO, the 15s 3d., to bo refunded to the firm.
