OMNIBUS ROMANCE.

A schoolboy's gift for making friends had a romantic sequel in tho Lady Chapel at Westminster Cathedral recently when Miss Edna Muriel Misso, elder daughter of the Into Mr. P. St. John Misso, of Penang. Straits Settlements, married Mr. Dodwell Goonewardene, of Colombo, Ceylon. Mrs Misso, whoso husband was a Public Works official at Singapore, came to London a little more than a year ago. Her son, who is at a school in England, met tho bridegroom on top of an omnibus, and. discovering that they had mutual friends in Ceylon, invited him home to meet tho family. Mr. Goonewardene ' foil in love with tho sister and the two became engaged. Mr Goonewardene was at' Oxford and is now studying law at the Middle Temple.
