Sir, —I would like to ask if Messrs. Kingsforcl Smith and Ulm could arrange to giro an encircling flight over the city and inner suburbs at about 1000 ft. altitude on Sunday morning before heading away South. ]t would give thousands a chance to wave a farewell to them, and I am sure their kindly consideration will bo much appreciated. Many were anxiously watching for their appearance over the city the other day, but were disappointed. Aerio.
