ACTIVITIES AT FRANKTON. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT,] HAMILTON. Friday. Operations in the past year wero reviewed at Iho annual meeting of the Frankton Citizens and Ratepayers' Association, held last evening, at which tiio president, Mr. C. S. Anchor, presided. A most satisfactory financial position was shown. The following officers wero elected: — President, Mr. D. D. Wilson; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. B. 11. Andrews and G. S. Anchor; secretary, Mr. (J. E. Tindle; executive committee, Messrs. F. CooperSmith, F. Derrick, C. Warneford, W. Bowman, J. Do Montalk and A. (J. Sanford.
