WIFE'S DIVORCE SUIT.
DECREE NISI GRANTED. SEQUEL TO GRAFT CHARGES. (Received August 13. 7.56 p.m.) SYDNEY. Aug. 13. The wife of Arthur Albert, diver, who was one of the prominent witnesses in the recent civic graft case, was to-day granted a decree nisi against her husband. The ground of the. petition was respondent's misconduct with Martha Gordon, another witness in the graft case and Albert's secretary. The suit was not defended.
