HUMANE SOCIETY AWARDS, i ■ RESCUES. FROM DROWNING[BX TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION. B j CHRISTCHURCH, Mond#?. The court of directors of the Royal Humane Society of New Zealand to-day approved the following awards: —Harold Ralpe, for rescuing W. J. Busch from drowning at Lake Ferry, March 18, bronze medal; Daisy Miller and Daniel Oldham, rescuing Margaret Newton from drowning at Jack's Bay, Clutha, bronze medal; John Silvester Fulton, rescuing Mary Anne Green from drowning at St. Clair Beach, Dunedin, certificate.
