Questions of common interest throughout the Empire, including trade, economic development and migration, will be discussed by the delegates to the Empire Parliamentary Association's Conference to he opened in the House of Commons at Ottawa "ii August 29. The visitors will make, an extensive tour of Canada, during which matters of partiiular concern to business and other interests will he discussed at the various centres.
