CONFERENCE IN CANADA. EXTENSIVE TOUR PLANNED. British Wireless. RUGBY. July 28. Questions of common interest throughout the Empire, including trade, economic development and migration, will be discussed by the delegates to the Empire Parliamentary Association's Conference to he opened in the House of Commons at Ottawa "ii August 29. The delegates from Britain will include members of the three political parties. The British, and other delegates will leave Southampton on August 18 by tho Empress of France. Uiey will lie met at Quebec by the Canadian Prime Minister, Mr W. L. Mackenzie King, and leading members of the Cabinet and Opposition. The visitors will make, an extensive tour of Canada, during which matters of partiiular concern to business and other interests will he discussed at the various centres.
