SIGNATURE OF TREATY. ' DELEGATE FROM CANADA. Australian Press Association —Ignited Service (Received July 29. 5.5 p.m.) OTTAWA. July 08. It is expected thai the Prime Minister, Mr. Mackenzie King, will go to Paris in Augnst to sign the Kellogg peace treaty on beh alt of Canada. If so, he will probably take t-he opportunity to inaugurate the Canadian Legation in the T'rench capital. Mr. King will go on to Geneva to represent Canada on the Council ot the League of Nations, and will also attend the League Assembly.
