WORK OF HIGHWAYS BOARD. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] "WHANGAREI, Sunday. The No. 1 District Council of the Highways Board has decided to concentrate this year on the ro3d between Whakapara and Waiomio. Six and a-half miles of metal in the Bay of Islands County and two miles in the Whangarei County, will have to be provided, besides a number of bridges.
