DEATH AT KAMO SPRINGS.
OLD MAN FOUND IN BATH. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] WHANG AREI. Sunday. Thomas Woods, aged 59, a single man, who had been a resident of the Old Men's Home at Kamo Springs for the past three months, was found drowned in the Chain pagne Bath on Saturday morning. At the inquest to-day beforo Mr. H. C. Hemphill and a jury of four a verdict of drowning was returned. Woods had gone to draw water from the bath and, contrary to the regulations, went unaccompanied. As far as is known he had no relatives in the Dominion.
