OBITUARY.
MR. AUSTIN HARRISON. Australian Press Association—United Service (Received July 15, C.35 p.m.) LONDON. July 14. The death has occurred of Mr. Austin Harrison, formerly editor of the English Review. .Mr. Austin Harrison was born in 1873, and was educated at Harrow and at various foreign universities. He wrote various books on European affairs, including "The Pan-Germanic Doctrine," " The Kaiser's War," "England and Germany." He wrote a memoir of his father, Frederic Harrison, tho historian and Positivist.
